For example, when is the last time you used that waffle maker or that quesadilla maker? Keeping these items solely because we spent money on them, or because they may be used one day, is not a good enough reason to keep them. Donate these items (if they are in working condition) to someone who can or will use them. All they are doing is taking up unnecessary space and preventing you from getting organized. Step 1 Keep Like Items Together: Keep bowls stacked together, plates stacked together, glasses and mugs for example. Step 2 Lower cabinets can present a few different challenges such as, viewing and accessing hard to reach items and limited space. In order to maximize the space inside your cabinets while still providing easy access to your stored items, you will want to consider these following tips: Step 3 Sliding Cabinet Drawers : This is very useful for hard to reach items.
